Logging into Macquarie Portal – First Time Login

Once you receive a welcome email from Macquarie, providing you with your Macquarie ID. This Macquarie ID is unique to you and will be what you use to identify yourself with Macquarie.

Your Macquarie ID is different to your Macquarie account number. If you hold more than one account with Macquarie, all accounts will sit under the one Macquarie ID.

If you are waiting to receive this, please get in touch with us and we will arrange for this to be re-issued to you.

To finalise the setup of your Macquarie Online account, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Visit Macquarie Online here.

Step 2: Click New to Macquarie.

Step 3: Enter in your Macquarie ID (issued to you in the previous email) and your mobile number and click Submit.

Step 4: You will be prompted to set up two-factor authentication by sending a safe code to your mobile. Enter this on the right-hand side panel and click Submit.

Step 5: You will then be prompted to establish your own password and username (setting a username is not required).

Step 6: You will then be prompted to establish 3 security questions.

Step 7: Once these are set, you will then be able to log in with your Macquarie ID and password that you have set.
