Exploring what is a ‘Rich Life’

Most of us, at one point or another will ask ourselves ‘what is it I want most out of life?’.
For some people, the answer comes easily and for others (most!) it does not. For those of you wanting to think a little bit differently, and explore and expand your perspective on what a ‘rich life’ could actually be, you may be interested in the following event:
Vitalising Community: Conversations and Exploration
These sessions are run by Fiona from Threefold Consulting who we work with closely on our organisational purpose and team development.
The aim of the sessions are to provide a space to have conversations about nurturing the social soil and the possibilities within it. You never know what might sprout as a result.
Check out the details on the Facebook event page by clicking on the above link. If you have any questions at all, feel free to reach out to us by phone or email.
Another powerful way of exploring what is a ‘rich life’ for you is to also ask yourself the following questions;
- What are the things I am most passionate about?
What is it that you love doing? What fulfills you? When do you feel at your best?
By highlighting these things, it will help you clarify what it is that drives you. Once you know what that is, do more of it.
- If I had absolutely no limits, what would I spend my time doing?
If there was absolutely nothing stopping you and no restrictions with money or time, what would you do? Where would you go? And who would you be with?
Stop thinking about limitations and instead, set goals to create a path for you to reach milestones.
- What do I not want to do?
An important part of assessing what you want to do, have or be is also assessing what you absolutely do not want. In many cases, this can actually be easier to identify!
If there’s something in your life that you want to change, then create a plan and take action.
